(9) SCOPE OF WORK <br />11. Contractor is to provide digital schedule of inspections quarterly. If for any reason <br />schedule is modified, Contractor will notify Owner of modification at least 48 hours <br />prior to change. <br />12. The service order must be signed by an authorized Building Maintenance/Park <br />Maintenance employee before contractor leaves the work site in order to explain the <br />completion or suspension of work. If no point of contact is present for Building <br />Maintenance, please call Phil Neff at (714) 719-2526 or James Riker (714) 719-0067. <br />If no point of contact is present for Park Maintenance, please call Jorge Acevedo at <br />(714) 719-5199 or Eduardo Linares at (714) 647-3523. <br />13. When the fire -protection equipment is operative, the owner or the owner's agent <br />shall certify its condition to the PWA Facilities Maintenance team in writing. <br />14. Contractor must provide all necessary materials for proper separation, <br />containerization, handling, treatment, storage, transport and disposal of materials <br />collected, including all safety and safety testing equipment. <br />15. Contractor must provide all other materials, not specifically described but required <br />for any requested work performed. <br />16. All equipment used in the performance of the service, repair, maintenance and <br />installation of Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems must be listed by the California State <br />Fire Marshal office. <br />17. Contractor must protect the site and all adjacent areas from damage due to its <br />operations and job performance. If Contractor is negligent or lacks performance, <br />then Contractor will pay all costs associated with mitigation of any damage or loss <br />from work done. <br />Inspection and Test Procedures for Automatic Sprinkler System <br />Building Maintenance and Park Maintenance staff must be notified before supervised <br />systems are tested. <br />2. Inspect 100% of all Fire Sprinkler Systems every five (5) years to include, but not be <br />limited to the following: <br />• Post Indicators Valve <br />• Water Flow Devices <br />• Tamper Devices <br />• Control Valve Devices <br />• Pressure Devices <br />City of Santa Ana IFB No. 25-047 Page 12 of 34 <br />
