(9)CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />3. Upon completion of construction and acceptance by owning Agency, consultant <br />shall schedule a field visit to document final improvements and photograph final <br />conditions of all devices implemented as part of project. <br />4. Consultant shall prepare as -built plans for any and all improvements that required <br />design plans for project in Sub -Task 3.1. <br />At the conclusion of construction, produce As -Built record drawings in both <br />electronic and hard copy format of all improvements. The electronic copy shall <br />include both original file format (AutoCAD/ MicroStation) and PDF. Hard copy shall <br />include one full size (36"x24") set of plans, on mylar for City records and one set <br />on bond paper. A copy of both formats (electronic and hard copy) shall be provided <br />to each Partner Agency. <br />Deliverables - Task 3: <br />1. Utility coordination documents and records, including all letters of requests, responses, <br />as -built drawings, utility logs, Preliminary and Final Notices. <br />2. All permit application submittals and final issued permits. <br />3. Plans, specifications and estimates for 60% and 90% level design, in both hard copy <br />and electronic copy format. Copies of each level of design shall be provided to each <br />Partner Agency. <br />4. Review Comment and Resolution tracking log, in Excel format. <br />5. Original files of the PS&E for each level of design (60%, 90% & Final), including <br />MicroStation/AutoCAD files, Word and Excel files. <br />6. Any design and quantity calculations. <br />7. Final PS&E package, signed and stamped by a California Licensed Professional <br />Engineer. <br />8. Final PS&E package shall be in both electronic and hard copy. Electronic file shall be in <br />PDF format. Hard copy shall include one full size (36"x24") set of plans, on bond for <br />City records. Copies of Final design shall be provided to each Partner Agency. <br />9. Maintenance Memorandum during 60% submittal stage <br />10. Updated Cost Estimate for any additional improvements not included in this document <br />11. Procure and install any and all equipment as specified, and/or necessary, to make <br />the proposed systems operate as originally intended, per this Scope of Work and <br />Attachments or Appendices. <br />12. Negotiate with City of Santa Ana and Agency representatives on alternative <br />procurements or substitutions as deemed necessary during the course of the <br />project. <br />13. All WARRANTIES and GUARANTIES as specified. <br />14. All documentation shall be supplied to City of Santa Ana and Agencies in two hard <br />copies and electronic copies. <br />15. Construction engineering and management records and files, including, but not limited <br />to: <br />a. Pre -Construction meeting agenda and notes <br />b. Construction progress meeting minutes and notes <br />c. Submitted shop drawings and materials submittals and subsequent <br />reviews and responses <br />17 <br />
