(9) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />B. Consultant shall update the Project Report per Agency comments and submit a <br />final version with all appendices in electronic and hard copies. Full appendices <br />shall be provided to Santa Ana and Agency submittals shall be within Agency <br />boundaries, unless approved by Agencies to include for all participants. <br />C. Consultant shall prepare a Project Summary Sheet, one sheet front and back, that <br />describes the project and improvements gained. This sheet will be used by City <br />of Santa Ana and Agencies to present to the elected officials. <br />D. Consultant shall complete the Primary Implementation Phase by obtaining <br />approval from all Agencies and have paid all third -party vendors and sub- <br />consultants/contractors. <br />E. Consultant shall request in writing release of retention of funds for Primary <br />Implementation Phase. <br />Deliverables - Task 5: <br />1. Draft and Final Project Report (one electronic master, two hardcopies to City of <br />Santa Ana, and one hardcopy per Agency) at the end of the one (1) year <br />Implementation Phase. <br />2. Draft and Final Project Summary Sheet <br />3. Follow directions on closing out Primary Implementation Phase and release of retention <br />funds. <br />4. Electronic versions of all data files as directed by City of Santa Ana. <br />VI. Task 6: Ongoing Operations and Maintenance Phase <br />Prior to beginning the Ongoing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Phase of the project, <br />consultant shall have completed all PI tasks and received official written approval from the <br />Agencies on completion of their respective project segments of the PI Phase, and; <br />1. Invoiced and paid all third -party sub -consultants and vendors <br />2. Invoiced City of Santa Ana for the final invoice <br />3. Received payment for final invoice <br />4. Invoiced City of Santa Ana with Request Letter for Release of Final Retention on PI <br />Phase <br />5. Received payment of Final Retention <br />Once these five items are complete, an NTP will be issued by the City of Santa Ana to <br />consultant to advance to the O&M Phase. Until the NTP is issued, no work or hours may be <br />charged against the PI phase for the project. <br />23 <br />
