CFMG has proven reliable and flexible in the <br />face of changing patient needs. <br />During the initial term of this agreement, CFMG has provided exceptional service to the <br />City. Therefore, the department recommends exercising the first one-year extension <br />option to renew this agreement from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 in an <br />annual amount of $3,523,310.
