72 <br />Family fee means the families share of cost as determined from the fee <br />schedule. (WIC 10290; 5 CCR 18078(k)) <br />Fee schedule means the Family Fee Schedule issued by the CDSS pursuant to <br />WIC 10290 and 10436. (5 CCR 18078(k)) <br />Family size for all programs means the number of people constituting a “family” <br />as determined by documentation supporting the number of children and parents <br />in the family. (5 CCR 18083.1) <br />Former CalWORKs cash aid recipient means an adult individual or minor teen <br />parent who has previously received and is no longer receiving cash aid under the <br />CalWORKs or Cal-Learn programs because of, but not limited to, earnings, other <br />income, or a sanction of the adult imposed by county welfare department. (5 <br />CCR 18400(f)) <br />Full signature means the legal signature of the individual (e.g., signature <br />normally used on checks and other documents). If the individual is not literate in <br />written English, the individual may sign with an X which must be initialed by the <br />contractor's authorized representative (5 CCR 18065). Pursuant to WIC 10232.5 <br />and 10269(b)(1) and (2), the use of a digital signature shall have the same force <br />and effect as the use of a manual signature if it meets established program and <br />technology requirements. <br />Health Services include, but are not limited to all of the following: (WIC <br />10213.5(q)) <br />a. Referral, whenever possible, to appropriate health care providers able to <br />provide continuity of medical care. <br />b. Health screening and health treatment, including a full range of <br />immunization recorded on the appropriate state immunization form to the <br />extent provided by the Medi-Cal Act (chapter 7 (commencing with Section <br />14000) of Part 3) and the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program <br />(Article 6 (commencing with Section 124025) of Chapter 3 of Part 2 of <br />Division 106 of the Health and Safety Code, but only to the extent that <br />ongoing care cannot be obtained utilizing community resources. <br />c. Health education and training for children, parents, staff, and providers. <br />d. Follow-up treatment through referral to appropriate health care agencies <br />or individual health care professionals. <br />Guaranteed income payments means unconditional, recurring, regular, cash <br />payments, whether publicly or privately funded, that are intended to support the <br />basic needs of eligible recipients, including, but not limited to, payments provided <br />through pilot programs and projects receiving funding from the California <br />Guaranteed Income Pilot Program (WIC 18997 - 18997.4). (WIC 10271.5(f))
