Exhibit A <br />July 23, 2025 <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />Performed by MWDOC <br />Step 11: Metropolitan Water District and Participant Agency Invoicing Process <br /> <br />Performed by MWDOC <br /> <br />Please note: a potential Step 12 would be a secondary Metropolitan post inspection. <br /> <br />Turf Replacement Guidelines Specific to Residential Applicants <br />Project must have a minimum of 250 square feet of turf removed or, if the entire project area is less <br />than 250 square feet, all turf must be removed. <br />Maximum of 5,000 square feet of turf eligible per home, per fiscal year (July to June). Limit of one <br />application per home per fiscal year. <br />Eligible areas for transformation are all areas of live turf on the property. <br />Applicant to provide a simple landscape plan showing intended transformation, including the <br />required storm water/sustainability feature. <br /> <br />Turf Replacement Guidelines Specific to Commercial Applicants <br />Project must have a minimum of 250 square feet of turf removed or, if the entire site is less than 250 <br />square feet, all turf must be removed. <br /> <br />Maximum of 50,000 square feet of turf eligible per water meter for funding per fiscal year (July to June). <br />Limit of one application per water meter per fiscal year. <br />Applicant to provide a simple landscape plan showing intended transformation, including the <br />required stormwater/sustainability feature. <br /> <br />Proposed project areas irrigated with recycled water are eligible unless barred by Participant Agency. <br /> <br />Turf Replacement Guidelines Specific to Public Agency Applicants <br />Project must have a minimum of 250 square feet of turf removed, or if the entire site is less than 250 <br />square feet, all turf must be removed. <br /> <br />Maximum of 200,000 square feet of turf eligible per water meter for funding per fiscal year (July to June). <br />Limit of one application per water meter per fiscal year. <br /> <br />Public agency applicants to provide documentation of proof of public agency status at time of application <br />submittal.
