As a <br />result, seasonal ponding does occur along this portion of Bristol Street. The proposed Project would result in a <br />nominal increase in impervious ground surfaces. The Project would result in the relocation of the existing curb <br />features at the Project site and may include extension of the existing storm water pipeline system (located on the <br />eastern side of Bristol Street) through a new lateral connection and new catch basin at the Project site. These <br />improvements, if constructed, would result in a reduction of existing flooding and would be a beneficial impact. <br />Thus, impacts would not be greater thanprevioudy analyzed in the 1990 FEISIEIR. <br />Certified 1990 FEISIEIR Mitigation Measures: No 1990 FEISIEIR mitigation measures are applicable: <br />Mitigation Measures: No additional mitigation measures are required. <br />14 Have suffw- ient water supplies available to serve the project from existing entitlements and <br />resources, or are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br />The proposed Project entails the intersection improvements; as such, the Project would not result in any increase in <br />water demandfconsumption, Landscape improvements, if applicable, would not require any new or expanded water <br />entitlements and would not be substantially increased, compared to that analyzed as part of the Bristol Street <br />Widening Project. Thus, the proposed Project -would not create any new significant environmental impact. The closest receiving landfills for the City are the Frank R. <br />Bowerman Sanitary Landfill at 11002 Bee Canyon Access Road in Irvine, and the Olinda Alpha Landfill at 1942 N. <br />Valencia Avenue in Brea. The Frank R. Bowerman Sanitary Landfill, which is owned and operated by the Orange <br />County Integrated Waste Management Department, opened in 1990, and has enough projected capacity to serve <br />residents and businesses until approximately 2053."
