position is responsible for helping to maintain an effective pace of play program, enforcing course rules and <br />regulations, and facilitating our customers' enjoyment of the golf course. <br />FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT <br />Food and Beverage Manager <br />This individual directs and oversees all aspects of food and beverage service including personnel, menus, food <br />production, purchasing, vendors, inventory management and event production at each individual property. <br />The position will be responsible for maintaining company culture, training, and developing employees, setting <br />clear goals, and holding employees accountable as well as working closely with the Head Pro on initiatives and <br />events. The candidate will have an established track record of results in all areas of food and beverage <br />management with emphasis on effective operations, controls, communication, and financial reporting for <br />banquet and restaurant operations. <br />Minimum Qualifications —Three years' experience in food and beverage service with a record of progressive <br />responsibility and two years staff management experience. Must be ServSafe and MAST certified and be <br />knowledgeable in the regulations affecting alcoholic beverage service. <br />Head Cook <br />In partnership with the Food and Beverage Manager, this position will be responsible for adherence to budgets <br />to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to <br />provide top quality customer service. <br />This includes preparing food that is high quality, delicious and is well presented food for each event. Job duties <br />also includes oversight of breakdown and cleanup of kitchen area and maintaining a sanitary/clean <br />environment. <br />Qualifications — 2 -5 years of related experience in a fast -paced environment, the ability to implement policies <br />and procedures and to prepare schedules, must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, <br />weekends and holidays, banquet experience a plus, Food Safety and Sanitation Certification and ServSafe <br />Alcohol Certificate required. <br />Kitchen Staff — The kitchen staff is responsible for preparing and cooking menu selections offered by the <br />course. This position is also responsible for proper presentation, economical food preparation and complying <br />with all quality standards. Responsible for the safe handling, storage, and sanitation of all food and beverage <br />items and kitchen storage spaces. <br />Grill Server — The server is responsible for preparing and serving menu selections, processing financial <br />transactions, and maintaining the safe handling, storage, and sanitation of all food and beverage items. <br />Beverage Cart Attendants — The beverage cart attendants are responsible for delivering food and beverage <br />products to customers on -course, processing financial transactions, and maintaining the safe handling, storage, <br />and sanitation of all food and beverage items. <br />MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT <br />Golf Course Superintendent <br />The Superintendent is entrusted with the direct management of the golf course.
