MINIMUM SCOPE AND LIMIT OF INSURANCE <br />See Exhibit H — Sample Agreement <br />IX. SELECTION PROCEDURES & CRITERIA <br />A. Evaluation: The City will establish a proposal review committee. The review committee will <br />evaluate proposals based on the response to the RFP, which includes adherence to outlined <br />directions and format, and the City evaluation criteria set forth below. <br />B. Scoring Criteria: Proposers will be ranked by the review committee based on the following <br />criteria: <br />CATEGORY <br />POINTS <br />Organization/Completeness of Response <br />o Proposal demonstrates understanding of project and objectives as it <br />10 <br />relates to the scope of work. <br />o Proposal demonstrates requirements are addressed and adhered to. <br />o Proposal is complete, comprehensive, and well -organized. <br />Qualifications, Capabilities, & Experience The technical qualifications and <br />experience of the organization are adequately described as they relate to the <br />Scope of Work (SOW). <br />o The proposal identifies specific projects completed within the past five <br />25 <br />(5) years that demonstrate competency of the tasks outlines in the <br />SOW. <br />o The ability to meet the needs and concerns of the City is adequately <br />demonstrated. <br />Key Personnel / Proposed Staffing Proposer demonstrates experience <br />providing type of service required or experience providing similar services <br />o Proposer demonstrates they have the necessary resources, <br />knowledge, skills, experience, and any required licenses / certifications <br />20 <br />to provide the required services <br />o Proposal provides resumes of experienced personnel that are capable <br />of and devoted to the successful accomplishment of work to be <br />performed under this contract. <br />o Amount and quality of time that the key personnel will eb involved in <br />their respective portions of the project. <br />
