At the meeting, parties will review and confirm <br /> implementation milestones,roles,and responsibilities using a project plan,as well as review <br /> the escalation and communication plans to ensure everyone is aligned., The plan will then <br /> be shared to complete the project successfully. The client will be provided access to an <br /> online portal with the ability to view and track the project as phases are planned and <br /> implemented. <br /> Staging: <br /> GigaKOM will stagethe communications hardware and softwareto be installed in the client's <br /> network during staging. GigaKOM will test the solution components in a non-production lab <br /> environment. After completing staging,the hardware will be delivered to the client site and <br /> made ready for the implementation phase. <br /> Deployment: <br /> -Core Component Rollout: During core product implementation,GigaKOM will install, <br /> configure, integrate, and test the solution components. This provides for an implemented, <br /> production-ready solution, making it available to integrate existing users and services from <br /> existing infrastructure into the new solution. <br /> -Legacy System Integration: The legacy systems, as applicable, will undergo <br /> integration of the client's network solution components and require the validation of <br /> integration options that are compatible with the new solution.
