Their resumes are included below. These key personnel will perform the day-to-day project services for the City. Trevor Blythe will oversee the project and assist with analysis, developing Prop 218 defensibility, staff and council presentations, and coordination with the hauler. Sara Aubery will be the lead analyst and will develop predictive aggregate rate -stabilization models associated with all proposed rate options. Linda Furbee JD will assist with the Prop 218 process and contract interpretation, if needed. Ourteam includes regulatory specialists, outreach coordinators, data analysts, GIS specialists, and project managers who have led successful SB 1383 initiatives. Several staff are bilingual, and all are experienced in working with diverse communities and stakeholder groups. Trevor provides direct technical assistance to EcoNomics' municipal government clients to assist with rate impact analyses and studies, the implementation and expansion of municipal-scale organics recycling programs, as well as management of hauling contracts to ensure compliance with state and local sustainability laws and mandates, including California's Senate Bill 1383.
