Insight RFP Response <br /> Cobb County, Georgia insight., <br /> Technology •• Solutions Related Services <br /> ordering system by the Insight Account Team. After an order has been placed, end users with <br /> appropriate permissions can add an ASN for future shipments from that order. <br /> Tracking Orders <br /> End users will have access to review purchase orders in detail and even track shipped orders. <br /> Multiple levels of information are built into the system to provide end users with details, which can <br /> be sorted by the following criteria: <br /> • Invoice Number <br /> Order Date <br /> • Purchase Order Number <br /> • Ship Date <br /> • Tracking information with direct link to shipper's website (i.e., FedEx, UPS) <br /> • Order Numbers <br /> • Ship to Address <br /> • Delivery Status <br /> • Serial Numbers (if applicable) <br /> For added convenience, Insight has integrated our order processing, labeling, and tracking systems <br /> with the systems of major freight carriers. Order tracking numbers are hyperlinked to the freight <br /> carrier's tracking system for up-to-the-minute information regarding order status. This integration <br /> helps to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries that are traceable by both Insight and our clients. <br /> Order Tirneframes <br /> Orders containing product available in our$70-$80 million inventory held in Hanover Park, Illinois, <br /> will ship the same day providing no configuration services are needed and the order is received <br /> by 3.00 p.m. Central Time. Insight will ship all orders missing this cutoff time the following <br /> business day as a standard operating procedure. Software orders placed by 3,00 p.m. local time <br /> will ship that day. Insight maintains a 99.998% two-business day delivery rate for such "pick and <br /> pack" products. As a reselier, product availability is based on the manufacturer, so it will vary by <br /> product line.. <br /> Should the product need to be configured in our Integration labs, the normal turnaround time is <br /> two to three working days. If Insight runs into some extenuating circumstances that would create <br /> lab backlogs, the client will be notified so schedules can be changed accordingly. Our <br /> configuration labs operate 5 days a week, 24 hours a day. <br /> The integration between our network and our distribution partners ensures advanced levels of <br /> service for our clients. For example, our order-processing system automatically chooses the <br /> warehouse closest to a client's delivery point so that orders placed by 3:O0 p.m. local time are <br /> generally shipped that day. Overnight shipment cutoff from our distributor partners is 3:00 p.m. if <br /> product is in a west coast warehouse. <br /> Invoices <br /> Invoices are processed and sent to the designated billing address the day following product <br /> shipment, or in the case of licensing, the day after order placement, and can be sent via hard <br /> copy, EDI, or in a summary billing statement.
