REYNOSO Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 10/30/12 Date:11/6/12 <br />Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />I spoke to who is a Spanish Speaker. told me that when <br />she arrived home, she walked up to the front of her residence with her family. heard <br />the rear gate to her residence rattle. husband, and son <br /> , walked along the south side of their residence and toward the rear to investigate the <br />noise. While they were at the side of the residence heard yelling, but she could not <br />remember what the person was yelling. called her son and husband to come back to <br />the front door, where she was standing. husband opened the front door. Once <br />inside the residence, heard 2 or 3 gunshots. She said the family lay on the living room <br />floor for protection. When the shooting stopped, she and her husband looked out a rear <br />window. The window overlooks the rear yard. The window was located just south of the rear <br />door. said she saw a police officer on the ground in the rear yard of her residence. The <br />police officer was holding someone down, but she could not see the individual the police officer <br />was holding down. said the subject being held down was complaining. The police <br />officer and the subject were to the rear of a “Camaro” that was parked in her driveway. The <br />vehicle was parked along the south wall and several feet from the rear of the residence. <br /> told me there were several police officers in the alley to the rear of her residence, at <br />her rear gate. saw two police officers jump the rear chain link fence and assist the <br />police officer that was in the rear yard with the subject. saw the officers in the alley <br />1
