At this point, up to this point, had you put out any radio traffic that you <br />guys had a suspect or anything like that? <br />GRAHAM: No, I didn’t. <br />CARVO: You didn’t. Okay. Do you know if Officer ENRIQUEZ did? <br />GRAHAM: No. <br />CARVO: Okay. Um, while you have him at gunpoint and you’re initially giving <br />commands, do you know if you put out any radio traffic that you had one at <br />gunpoint or anything like that? <br />GRAHAM: I never got on the radio. <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: Officer ENRIQUEZ did…I never got on the radio. <br />CARVO: Do you…did you hear Officer ENRIQUEZ put out any radio traffic, up to that <br />point? <br />GRAHAM: You know, I don’t know, because I was focused on the suspect… <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: …he, he was the radio guy. <br />CARVO: Okay. <br />GRAHAM: So I don’t know if he, he did or not. <br />CARVO: Okay. So you were giving commands and Officer ENRIQUEZ was pretty much <br />the radio guy.
