This <br /> is an opportunity to learn more about your future trainees, the barriers that they may have, and <br /> the support that the team may need to provide during training. The Admissions team will <br /> schedule the meeting, coordinating a time that works best for both teams. <br /> Prior to Orientation <br /> Email Admissions Manager and CC Support Services Manager your Intake Schedule. This <br /> email should be sent 1-2 weeks prior to Orientation. <br /> ORIENTATION <br /> Orientation Responsibilities <br /> Employment Readiness Specialists/Coordinators are responsible for completing the following <br /> with trainees during orientation week: <br /> ;• Presentation: Intro to Support Services. The purpose of this presentation is to <br /> provide trainees with an overview of the support services provided during training. This <br /> presentation should be conducted by the Support Specialist assigned to work with the <br /> trainees for that cohort or covering for the cohort. The Admissions team will schedule a <br /> time for Support Specialist to present this topic during Orientation week. <br /> 12 <br />
