The Relocation Plan will also include: <br />• A diagrammatic sketch of the project area <br />• A written analysis of the aggregate relocation needs of all persons and businesses to be <br />displaced and a detailed explanation as to how these needs can be met. <br />• A written analysis of relocation -housing resources including number of housing units needed <br />vs. number available, comparison by price range, number of bedrooms, and occupancy status. <br />• Program assurances and standards <br />• Eviction and Appeals procedures <br />• A plan for citizen participation <br />• Analysis of availability of replacement business sites. <br />• Discussion on the complexity and length of moving process in developing lead time estimate. <br />• Discussion of displacement impact on small financially constrained businesses. <br />• Identification of any special circumstances.or problems such as mobile home relocations. <br />The services to relocate residential and business displacees.are presented below. These services will be <br />performed by a Relocation Agent with the Project Manager's oversight. The Project Manager and Principal <br />Relocation Agents would handle complex relocations on a case-by-case basis. <br />Residential Relocation Assistance Procedures <br />1. Establish and maintain an accurate and complete working file for each displaced family or person. <br />2. Conduct personal, on site interviews of prospective displacees to ascertain relocation housing needs <br />and special requirements and determine eligibility. <br />3. Inform displaced persons of available relocation assistance and explain relocation process. <br />4.
