2011/12 1 2010/11- 2014/15 CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSOLIDATED PLAN <br />ACTION PLAN <br />and $342,000 in Minority AIDS Initiative resources that are expected to be available during <br />2011 -2012. <br />The specific activities to be undertaken in program year 2011 -2012 will be to provide <br />supportive housing services and tenant -based rental assistance. To better measure the <br />intended outcomes of HOPWA- funded activities, HUD has implemented a comprehensive <br />reporting document. The City will work with its subrecipients to ensure all required data is <br />captured and reported. These same agencies <br />are also invited to participate on the Housing Committee of the HIV Planning Council. <br />Furthermore, nonprofit housing development agencies are provided information regarding <br />housing development opportunities that are funded through HOWPA. <br />MONITORING <br />Below are the standards and procedures that the City will use to monitor activities funded <br />during 2011 -2012. The goal of the City's monitoring program is to ensure long -term <br />compliance with respective program requirements, including minority business outreach. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT: All CDBG funded activities, including those carried out <br />by subrecipients, are required to submit quarterly reports to the City. Housing and public <br />improvement project reports provide a description of project progress and dates for <br />milestones such as a completion date.
