(9) City of Santa Ana <br />rehabilitation, return-to-service, and other circumstances providing reasonable <br />suspicion to test; <br />v. Upon request by the OCFA, yearly reports of the random testing component must be <br />filed by the program administrator, in redacted form concealing employee <br />identifiable information, with OCFA; <br />vi. Contractors and program administrator's alcohol and drug program records shall be <br />made available, in redacted form concealing individual employee identities, to <br />OCFA upon request; <br />vii. Contractor employees must show a valid California driver's license at the time and <br />place of testing; and <br />viii. All test results are kept confidential except that OCFA is authorized to receive <br />copies, in redacted form concealing individual employee identities, for its <br />administrative purposes, and except as otherwise authorized or required by law. <br />E. Contractor must participate in the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) <br />Employer Pull Notice Program; <br />F. Contractor must not employ in the performance of services pursuant to the Contract <br />Documents any ambulance operator or attendant or employee convicted of or having pled <br />nolo contendere to a crime involving a stolen vehicle, stolen property, violence, drugs or <br />moral turpitude, fraud, or misdemeanor or felony driving while under the influence of alcohol <br />or drugs. If any Contractor employee is charged with any of the above listed crimes, <br />Contractor must immediately suspend that employee from performing any further duties <br />under the Contract Documents pending the outcome of the criminal case; <br />G. Contractor's employees must maintain acceptable standards of dress, including uniforms, and <br />cleanliness while on duty in the community and must at all times conduct themselves in a <br />professional manner; <br />H.
