OUTSIDE CONTACTS <br />6.1 CONTRACTOR shall immediately inform ADMINISTRATOR of <br />any inquiry from an elected official, their representative, <br />participant advocate, or the press, and immediately provide <br />information to ADMINISTRATOR for assistance in coordinating a <br />response. <br />6.2 CONTRACTOR shall consult with ADMINISTRATOR prior to <br />initiating contact with an elected official, their <br />representative, participant advocate, or the press regarding <br />programs provided under this contract. <br />7. FACILITIES <br />7.1 It is mutually understood that VTR and WEX activities <br />shall be provided at a variety of facilities/work sites <br />throughout Orange County, as defined by CONTRACTOR. It is <br />mutually understood that participants will be referred to <br />CONTRACTOR at the following facility: <br />Santa Ana WORK Center <br />1000 E. Santa Ana Blvd., Suite 200 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />7.2 Participants will have access to the Santa Ana WORK <br />Center where they can access a wide variety of resources <br />including labor market information and job vacancy listings. <br />They will also have full access to computers with Internet <br />connectivity, telephones, faxes, and copy machines. <br />7.3 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may mutually agree in <br />writing to add, change, modify, or delete facility locations as <br />necessary to best serve the needs of participants and <br />(WAM0313) 9 of 22 <br />(April 8, 2013) <br />25B-59
