July <br />1, 2013 - June 30, 2015 salary costs are based on total hours <br />worked that includes anticipated furlough hours and days the <br />city offices are closed for Workforce Specialist IT and <br />Fiscal Specialist positions. <br />(2) Employee Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, <br />life insurance, and long-term disability insurance. Also <br />included are payroll taxes such as FICA, Federal Unemployment <br />Tax, State Unemployment Tax, and Worker's Compensation Tax, <br />based on the currently prevailing rates. <br />(3) Enrollments in WEX activities are contingent upon <br />availability of funds and shall consist of a minimum of <br />fifty-nine (59) enrollments for the period of July 1, 2013 <br />through June 30, 2014 and fifty-nine (59) enrollments for the <br />period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. <br />(4) Benefits costs included are payroll taxes such as FICA, <br />Federal Unemployment Tax, State Unemployment Tax, and <br />Worker's Compensation Tax, based on the currently prevailing <br />rates. <br />(5) Enrollments in VTR activities are contingent upon <br />availability of funds and shall consist of a minimum of fifty <br />(50) enrollments for the period of July 1, 2013 through June <br />30, 2014 and fifty (50) enrollments for the period of July 1, <br />2014 through June 30, 2015. <br />14.2 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may agree, subject to <br />advance written notice to add, delete, or otherwise modify line <br />items and/or amounts and/or the number and type of FTE positions <br />without changing COUNTY'S maximum obligation as stated in <br />Subparagraph 20.1 of this Agreement or reducing the level of <br />service to be provided by CONTRACTOR. Further, in accordance <br />with Subparagraph 44.3 of this Agreement, in the event <br />ADMINISTRATOR reduces the maximum obligation as stated in <br />Subparagraph 20.1, CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may mutually <br />(WAM0313) 16 of 22 <br />(April 8, 2013) <br />25B-66
