Customer Responsibilities: <br />Santa Ana's key project team participants attend the meeting. <br />Review Motorola and Santa Ana responsibilities. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />• Project kickoff meeting completed. <br />• Meeting notes identify the next action items. <br />4.4.1 Review Contract Design <br />Motorola Responsibilities: <br />• Meet with Santa Ana project team. <br />• Review the operational requirements and the impact of those requirements on various equipment <br />configurations. <br />• Establish a defined baseline for the system design and identify any special product requirements <br />and their impact on system implementation. <br />• Review the System Design, Statement of Work, Project Schedule, and Acceptance Test Plans, <br />and update the contract documents accordingly. <br />• Discuss the proposed Cutover Plan and methods to document a detailed procedure. <br />• Submit design documents to Santa Ana for approval. These documents form the basis of the <br />system, which Motorola will manufacture, assemble, stage, and install. <br />• Prepare equipment layout plans for staging. <br />• Provide minimum acceptable performance specifications for microwave, fiber, or copper links. <br />• Establish demarcation point (supplied by the Motorola system engineer) to define the connection <br />point between the Motorola - supplied equipment and Santa Ana - supplied link(s) and external <br />interfaces. <br />• Finalize site acquisition and development plan. <br />Conduct site evaluations to capture site details of the system design and to determine site <br />readiness. <br />Determine each site's ability to accommodate proposed equipment based upon physical <br />capacity. <br />If applicable, test existing equipment with which Motorola equipment will interface. <br />• Prepare Site Evaluation Report that summarizes findings of above - described site evaluations. <br />Customer Responsibilities: <br />Santa Ana's key project team participants attend the meeting. <br />Make timely decisions, according to the Project Schedule. <br />Frequency Licensing and Interference: <br />As mandated by FCC, Santa Ana, as the licensee, has the ultimate responsibility for providing <br />all required radio licensing or licensing modifications for the system prior to system staging. <br />This responsibility includes paying for FCC licensing and (frequency coordination fees. <br />Provide the FCC "call sign" station identifier for each site prior to system staging. <br />City of Santa Ana <br />MCC7500 P25 DIspri Migration and Subscribers <br />0 Motorola Solutlons Conficiontial Restricted <br />02 April 2015 <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal Is subject <br />to the restrictions on the cover page, <br />Statement of Work 4.4 <br />
