For City and EA staff to meet and conduct introductions <br />2. Review the project scope <br />3. Review the project implementation process <br />4.1.2 Project schedule <br />The PM will develop a project schedule which will be submitted in electronic (pdf) <br />format. The PM will periodically update the schedule and publish revised versions, up <br />to the point that a majority of schedule risk leading up to commissioning has been <br />mitigated. <br />4.1 .3 City check -in meetings <br />The PM and a key technical resource from EA will perform monthly check -in <br />teleconferences with the City and provide meeting minutes. <br />k � <br />4,2.1 Facility Inspection <br />As required by the RFP scope, EA will inspect and document the condition of the <br />controls at the existing facility and catalog the existing controls hardware. An <br />allowance of two 8 hour days for 2 EA engineers has been provided. <br />422 Technical Memorandum <br />EA will then prepare a technical memorandum containing the following information: <br />1. An evaluation of the condition of the existing controls equipment <br />2. Recommendations for enhancements to existing controls <br />3. Recommendations to standardize controls hardware across the City <br />Once complete, EA will submit the memorandum to the City for review. <br />To ensure the City's complete understanding of the memorandum, EA will conduct a <br />half day workshop with the City to review, explain, and discuss the contents as <br />necessary. We believe that the City's understanding of the memorandum will be <br />rapidly advanced by this additional workshop.
