Section 5 <br />Parking Area 2 <br />At Parking Area 2 during well drilling and well construction activities there would <br />be shortage of 11 parking spaces for approximately 90 days During the period <br />when well drilling and well construction activities are occurring in Parking Area 2 <br />there would not be any construction activity occurring in any of the other parking <br />areas, The parking availability data shown in Table 91 suggest that parking <br />would be available in the other parking areas to make Lip for shortage of parking <br />at Parking Area 2, <br />During well equipping activities there would be shortage of 1 parking space. The <br />data in Table 92 Suggest that parking would be available in the other parking <br />areas to make up for shortage of parking at Parking Area 2. <br />Parking Area 4 <br />At Parking Area 4 there would be a shortage of 33 parking spaces during well <br />construction and well development activities for 90 days, During the period when <br />well drilling activities are occurring in Parking Area 4 well development Would be <br />occurring in Parking Area 1 . The parking availability utilization data in Table 91 <br />suggest that even with reduced parking in Parking Area I and Parking Area 4 <br />there would still be available would available parking. The well <br />drilling /construction /development activities at Parking Area 4 would occur at the <br />end of the school year and over the summer months when there would be less <br />demand for parking. <br />During well equipping there would be a shortage of 3 parking spaces. During the <br />period when well equipping activities are occurring in Parking Area 4 well <br />equipping would also be occurring in Parking Area 1.The parking utilization data <br />in Table 92 suggest that there would available parking in other parking areas to <br />make up for shortage of parking at Parking Area 4. <br />Parking Area 5 <br />At Parking Area 5 there would be a shortage of 1 parking space during: well <br />drilling and well construction activities for 90 days, During the period when well <br />drilling and well construction activities are occurring in Parking Area 5 well <br />development would be occurring in Parking Area 1. During this period when the <br />activities are occurring concurrently there would be a shortage of 12 parking <br />spaces.
