Accidents or injuries must be reported to a supervisor immediately. Written <br /> accident/injury reports will be completed prior to the end of the work shift on the day of <br /> occurrence. Personnel involved in an accident or injury incident will be counseled on the <br /> determination of cause of the incident, and on measures to prevent reoccurrence. In <br /> cases where an employee's injury prevents an immediate written employee report and <br /> counseling, both will be accomplished at the earliest possible time. <br /> Employees involved in an accident/injury may be temporarily suspended with or without <br /> pay, pending investigation of the accident/injury. <br />
