COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> Our company is operated for the purpose of providing a service to our customers in a <br /> competitive and efficient manner. To accomplish this purpose, it is necessary to have <br /> certain policies, procedures, and rules governing the activity and conduct of our <br /> employees. <br /> We are interested in having our Company operated in a safe and productive manner. To <br /> accomplish these objectives, it becomes necessary to establish disciplinary measure for <br /> those few people who break the rules. If you are conscientious, honest, careful and <br /> orderly, these rules will not work a hardship on you. <br /> The following offenses are contrary to the best interests of the company and its <br /> employees. Depending on the severity of the offense, the frequency or unrelated <br /> offenses, or the employee's work record, the Company may elect to implement any level <br /> of disciplinary action up to and including immediate discharge. <br /> 1. Reporting to work after consuming alcohol or drugs or consuming alcohol or drugs <br /> at any time during the work day. <br /> 2. Possession or storing of alcohol or drugs on Company,property. <br /> 3. Possession, use, or storing of weapons of any kind such as firearms, knives, or <br /> explosives on the property of the Company or a customer. <br /> 4. Theft, or attempted theft of the property of the Company, an employee, or <br /> customer. <br /> 5. Dishonesty or falsification of any Company record or document. No employee <br /> shall defraud the Company in any manner. <br /> 6. Making any false or malicious statement which may reflect negatively on the <br /> Company, an employee, or customer. <br /> 7. Fighting, assaulting, or otherwise endangering any employee, customer, or <br /> member of the public while on duty. <br /> 8. The use of threatening or abusive language or actions or any harassment, <br /> discourteous, indecent, or immoral conduct directed towards any employee, <br /> customer, or member of the public. <br /> 9. Engaging in horseplay, or any form of disruptive conduct during working hours or <br /> at any time while on Company property. <br /> 10. Loitering on Company property or entering office areas except on Company <br /> business. <br />
